Collège International de L'Adolescence (CILA) – Paris in collaboration with René Descartes University and the Romanian Society of Psychoanalysis - IPA Study Group with their partners: Titu Maiorescu University, Generatia Foundation, Romanian – Dutch Foundation for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, the Interdisciplinary Applied Psychoanalysis Association and the Association for the Psychoanalytic Group Psychotherapy from Romania are pleased to invite you to participate in the International Psychoanalysis Colloquium:
Challenges in Psychoanalysis in the 21st century - Thinking Hate and Violence
The colloquium will take place at the Cotroceni Palace under the high patronage of His Excellency, Mr. Traian Basescu, President of Romania.
To prepare this event we plan the launching of the Romanian Journal of Psychoanalysis under the aegis of RSP – GS.
The goals of the colloquium and the journal, the programme and the details concerning the journal as well as the main organizations and personalities involved in developing this project are mentioned further on.
We hope that the shared effort of psychoanalysts and people acting in the cultural field will call attention to the issues of hatred and violence in order to stimulate the understanding of these phenomena’s reasons and effects at a social level.
